Rebel Tide Costa Rica ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates as an e-commerce business offering custom-designed merchandise. The fulfillment and shipping of all orders are managed through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that order processing, manufacturing, and shipping are handled by Printful under their policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting on this website. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically.
 

2. Eligibility

To use this website and purchase products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enter into this Agreement.

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this website.
   

3. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Rebel Tide Costa Rica website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Errors in product pricing or descriptions.

• Suspected fraudulent transactions.

• Violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
 

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

All orders are fulfilled by Printful, and the following conditions apply:
 

4.1 Processing and Production Times

• Orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to be fulfilled before shipping.

• Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonality.
   

4.2 Shipping Timeframes and Methods

• Domestic shipping (Costa Rica): Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days.

• International shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 to 30 business days, depending on destination.

• Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.
   

4.3 Shipping Costs and Customs Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

• Rebel Tide Costa Rica and Printful are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.
   

4.4 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, the customer must contact us for assistance.

• If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with Printful to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

• If an item arrives damaged, customers must submit a claim within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the damaged product.
   

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 

5.1 Return Policy

• If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos of the issue).

• Printful may require the return of defective items before issuing a replacement.
   

5.2 Order Cancellations and Modifications

• Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the fulfillment process.

• Address modifications may not be possible once an order is placed. Customers must ensure accuracy before submitting an order.
   

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rebel Tide Costa Rica website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Rebel Tide Costa Rica and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

Rebel Tide Costa Rica and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses related to delays, errors, or interruptions in website access.

• Inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing errors.

• Issues beyond our control, such as third-party fulfillment errors, shipping delays, or customs holds.
   

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled under the applicable laws of Costa Rica, and any legal proceedings shall take place in the appropriate Costa Rican jurisdiction.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts in the event of any disputes.
