Shipping Policy

2.1 Order Processing

• All orders placed through Rebel Tide Costa Rica are fulfilled by Printful.

• Fulfillment times vary depending on product type but generally range between 2 to 7 business days.

• Customers will receive order confirmation upon payment, followed by a notification when the order has been shipped.
   

2.2 Shipping Timeframes

• Domestic Shipping (Costa Rica): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery time varies by location, generally ranging between 10 to 30 business days.

• Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
   

2.3 Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped via major carriers, including DHL, FedEx, USPS, and local postal services, depending on availability and shipping destination.
 

2.4 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless a specific promotion applies.
   

2.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees as determined by the destination country.

• Rebel Tide Costa Rica and Printful are not responsible for customs charges. The recipient is responsible for these additional costs.

• Customs clearance may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
   

2.6 Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping availability is subject to carrier serviceability in different regions.

• Some locations may have limited shipping options, which could impact costs and delivery timelines.
   

2.7 Order Tracking

• Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the system.
   

2.8 Delayed or Lost Shipments

• Rebel Tide Costa Rica is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.

• If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with Printful to determine an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
   

2.9 Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

• Printful may require the return of defective products before issuing a replacement.
   

2.10 Address Changes and Order Modifications

• Once an order is placed, modifications such as address changes may not be possible if the order has entered fulfillment.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information at the time of purchase.
   

2.11 Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

• If a cancellation request is submitted before fulfillment starts, a refund may be issued.
