This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Rebel Tide Costa Rica (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) processes refunds for purchases made through our website. By purchasing from Rebel Tide Costa Rica, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
 

1. General Information

Rebel Tide Costa Rica operates as a print-on-demand e-commerce business. All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful, our third-party production and shipping partner. As such, refund requests, returns, and exchanges are subject to Printful’s policies and guidelines, which are incorporated into this Policy.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items as described in Section 3.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Refunds or replacements will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or printing error.

  • The customer contacts us within 14 days of delivery with sufficient evidence of the issue (e.g., clear photos showing the defect or incorrect product).

  • The return request is approved by Rebel Tide Costa Rica and Printful.

Refunds or returns will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or design.

  • The product was damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or placement due to the print-on-demand production process.

  • Delays in shipping that are beyond our control, including customs processing or carrier issues.
     

3. Reporting a Defective or Incorrect Product

Customers who receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us at [Insert Contact Email] within 14 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos of the product, including the defect, damage, or incorrect details.

  3. Await Approval: Our team will review the claim and confirm if a replacement or refund is warranted.

  4. Return Instructions (if applicable): If required, customers will be instructed on how to return the item. Printful may request a return before processing a replacement.
     

4. Refund or Replacement Process

If the refund or replacement request is approved:

  • A replacement order will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.

  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
     

5. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Rebel Tide Costa Rica and Printful do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs if a return is required, except in cases where Printful requests a return due to a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
     

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order is lost in transit, customers must contact us at [Insert Contact Email] for assistance. Printful may investigate with the shipping carrier and, if the order is confirmed lost, issue a replacement. Refunds for lost shipments will only be provided at our discretion.

Orders delayed due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost.
 

7. Cancellations and Order Modifications

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production.

  • Once an order is in production, modifications (such as size, color, or design changes) are not possible.

  • Customers must review their order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
     

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be prohibited from future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks if our refund policy was not violated.
